I am SchoolsBuddy's Customer Support Manager, working with wonderful customers in schools around the world.  Talk to me about activities management and sign ups, safeguarding students by tracking attendance and managing transportation methods, organising Parent Teacher Conferences and school trips, communications, billing & payments and anything else extra-curricular.  Coming from the SaaS world, my background is in Customer Onboarding and Operations, so I like improving workflows and making things easier for our customers.  I enjoy being a part of a wonderful, global team that are driving a really capable product forwards to meet more of our customer's needs in one, coherent solution.
